 All orders are packed and shipped from the UK. Every item is:

  • individually checked
  • carefully packed
  • sent with protection appropriate to its size and value

We don’t rush packaging - retro items deserve better than that.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) and that all addresses must be supplied in English. 

UK Shipping

Delivery:

  • Tracked services are used where appropriate
  • Tracking details are provided once your order ships

All UK orders have FREE standard 3-5 day shipping with tracking.

Option for Express 1-2 day shipping at checkout at additional cost.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

All international shipments include tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Your Shipment Confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

worldretrogaming.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to non-UK orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please refer to your country's specific Customs agency and tariffs to understand if your shipment will incur customs tax. 

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also want expectations to be clear.

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • it is returned in the same condition it was sent
  • it has not been altered, modified or damaged

Retro items are pre-owned by nature, so please make sure before purchasing you’ve checked:

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives not as described or develops a fault shortly after delivery, please get in touch. We’re reasonable people and will always aim for a fair resolution.

A quick note on retro condition

Cosmetic wear is part of owning original retro games and hardware.
We describe and photograph items honestly so there are no surprises.
